For 40 years, The Saskatoon Jazz Society has presented live jazz in Saskatoon at The Bassment, one of Canada’s most respected and revered live music venues. The Bassment is an all ages venue offering over 180 live music events every year.

Originally from Saskatoon, lead singer Patti Fedrau had a successful recording career in France and England under the name Patti Layne. After returning to Saskatoon she formed Patti &amp; the Stack in 2022 with Evert Van Olst (guitar/vocals), Nat Jones (guitar/keyboard/vocals), Jonathan Moore-Wright (bass/vocals), and Brent Burlingham (drums). Evert, under the name E Van Olst, has original songs on ITunes and Spotify.
