Kule Folklore Centre invites you to join our annual Perogy Making Workshop on October 8 at the University of Alberta campus. About the Perogy Making Workshop🕑 When: Wednesday, Oct 8, 2–4:30 p.m.📍 Where: University of Alberta, St. Joseph’s College, Newman Centre💳 Price: $10.50 per person; all equipment for making perogies—varenyky in Ukrainian—will be providedThe workshop is led by our beloved Joyce Sirski-Howell, who will teach several dough recipes and reveal all kinds of helpful details behind making these universally known, delicious dishes.Whether you’re a long-time lover of Ukrainian cuisine or trying it for the first time, this workshop promises to be a memorable experience filled with deliciousness and great company. Join us and celebrate the rich cultural heritage of perogies/varenyky, a “comfort-food” favourite!We are excited to celebrate International Perogy Day with you! 🥟 The workshop is limited to 20 people only.
