Work through your own plan and receive coaching and support as you go! Where? Zoom Healthcare When? Friday November 3rd, 20231:00pm-2:30pmWhy? Transitioning to adulthood has many different moving parts. Come learn and make your own plan to make the transition as smooth as possible.
