Do you need to bring your paddle to the classes?

It would be great if you could bring your paddle along to incorporate into the program.

Is this a series of classes or is drop in possible?

We would love to accommodate drop in but due to limited space and personalized attention, registration is for the full 4 weeks.

This program is geared to all levels. The focus is on movement, mobility, flexibility and stretching. All levels are welcome.
