Welcome to Pilates at the Summit
Move with purpose in a setting that inspires. This series combines Pilates principles with functional movement to enhance strength, stability, and mobility that support you beyond the mat. Leave feeling grounded, capable, and adventure-ready. All levels welcome.
Time: 9:30am - 10:15am
Location: Sea to Sky Gondola***
***The gondola ride is NOT included in the class price. Participants can receive a 20% discount on a day pass for attending, please let Guest Services know when purchasing in-person. See www.seatoskygondola.com/hours-and-prices/***
- Classes are held at the Octagon Deck at the Summit Lodge from 9:30am-10:15am.
- Please allow enough time to purchase your pass and upload the Gondola. The Gondola upload takes 12 minutes.
- Bring your mat, a water bottle, and an extra layer—mountain breezes included.
- There are a limited number of Mats available to borrow, however we do encourage you to bring your own.
Due to popular demand, limited spots are available. Pre-registration is required to secure your spot.
In the event of rain, classes will be held on the Diamond Head Deck. Any cancellations will be notified by email by 7 pm the night prior.
About Your Instructor
Liv is a certified Pilates, Yoga, and Strength instructor who teaches with an emphasis on mindful, functional movement. Her dynamic classes are designed to build strength, balance, and confidence that carry into life beyond the mat. Outside of teaching, she can be found mountain biking local trails, hiking in the alpine, or unwinding by the lake.
