We're thrilled to invite you to a new series of five exciting cooking Masterclasses led by chef Michele Pollack at Culinary Collective Cooking Studio, where Top Chef Canada is filmed. Class 1: Playing with Fire / Grilling 101Grilling is one of the best ways to cook food simply while obtaining maximum flavour. You can grill on the stovetop or in your backyard over charcoal or gas, and in this class you will learn how to modify your technique depending on the medium. You will also discuss how dry rubs and sauces are used on the grill, as you grill steak, seafood, vegetables and even fruit.“There is absolutely no reason you can’t cook an entire four-course meal on a barbeque or outdoor grill.
