<h2>Join us for a gathering to recite poetry that is your own or someone else's. No judgment on content, just a space to share, witness and be witnessed and celebrate being together and the magnificent craft of poetry in all its forms. </h2><p>Poetry has been an oasis for many - a place to grow, heal, be challenged, make meaning and explore.  We love poetry and we know you do too so we're hosting a community open mic. Come and share a poem or two or come to listen, watch and enjoy.</p><p>For those deciding whether or not to recite poetry - know that this is deep community vibes and that everyone has your back and you can share whatever you'd like.</p>

<h2>WHAT TO EXPECT...</h2><ul><li>There will be<strong> popcorn, coffee and tea </strong>provided<strong>.</strong></li><li><strong>Feel free </strong>to bring poetry books, zines, chapbooks, napkins, yearbooks, anything you have that might have wisdom and beauty in it.</li><li>It is encouraged to provide content warnings for potentially sensitive/triggering subject matter.</li><li><strong>Children </strong>welcome (no ticket purchase required for them).</li><li>Option to <strong>check-in your phone </strong>into a personal locker at the venue (locks provided).</li><li>To keep the space cozy &amp; clean, <strong>you'll be asked to remove shoes at the door.</strong></li><li>The experience will be happening on the main floor of the space, <strong>which is physically accessible</strong>. The lower level is unfortunately not physically accessible.</li></ul>
