Take Our Refresher Training Before The 2019 Pool Season

Based on feedback we've received, we are offering another training session! This session will cover several areas including:

• Submitting an application
• Required documentation
• Vendor portal

Meet With Your Local Utility Representatives

Representatives from Energy+, Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro and Waterloo North Hydro will be present. We want to hear from you and answer any questions you may have about the program, your experiences and, any customer feedback about the program.

Who Should Attend?

This session is ideal for any pool vendors that:

• Missed last year's training session
• Need a refresher or want to train new staff
• Are new to the program or are looking to participate

When: March 5th, 2019, 11:30am - 1:30pm
