M﻿orning Session The Toolbox of Positive Behaviour Support: This training takes participants through the history of behaviour support and outlines the four main pillars of the Positive Behaviour Support Framework. Participants will learn about the function and purpose of behaviours, review reinforcement practices, and come away with a variety of practical tools to effectively and positively support people who engage in challenging behaviours. Lunch Break Afternoon Session Incident Reporting and Data Collection: This training reviews the purpose and requirements of data collection in relation to the services Pacific Coast provides. Participants will review the types of data collection practices available to them, and when and how each one should be utilized. Participants will also learn effective data collection writing, and practical tools to ensure their recording practices are meeting service requirements and needs.
