Move beyond the thinking mind and into the wisdom of your body through music and movement.

525 Jellett Way NW

Happy August!!! The eclipse arrives on August 12th. Three days later, we gather to bloom. An eclipse has a way of bringing hidden things to the surface. It illuminates what we’ve outgrown, what we’ve been holding onto, and where we’re being called to grow. But an eclipse doesn’t just create change, it initiates it.The real transformation happens through integration.Three days later, we come together to consciously integrate what the eclipse has awakened.Post-Eclipse Heart Chakra Chakradance & Sauna is an invitation to move beyond the thinking mind and into the wisdom of your body.Through music and movement, you’ll have the opportunity to release old hurts, soften protective walls, deepen self-love, and reconnect with compassion, forgiveness, gratitude, and joy. Then a creative mandala integration will help anchor the insights and healing of your experience. We’ll continue the journey in the warmth of the sauna, creating space to physically and energetically let go of what no longer serves you.The eclipse creates the shift.Integration creates the transformation.Your heart already knows the way.Come exactly as you are. Leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected to the light within.Saturday, August 15 | 2:00 PM Investment: $65 Ignite Your Light Sauna & Studio (private residence)Website: https://www.ignitewithcamelia.com
