Get ready for Pours & Plates!

Most couples plan the biggest meal of their life without ever tasting it.

That's normal in this industry, and we've never been comfortable with it. You book a venue, you pick a menu off a page, and the first time you find out whether it's any good is the same night two hundred of your guests find out too.

So on September 27 we're cooking the whole thing and opening the garden.

Five courses, the same food we serve at weddings here. A mini pasta. A mini taco bar. Our roast beef with the crispy potatoes. Dessert from three local bakeries. And a late night bite, because the best thing you can hand people at eleven o'clock is real food.

Some of the beef comes off our own family's farm at Good Land Farms, which is about as farm to table as it gets around here.

Every course is paired with a wine by @swizzlechics, who will walk you through why each one works. @ravenwolfbrewingco pouring at the bar. Dessert from @mavericksstonyplain, @cakeaffairyeg and Gramma Bear's Cakery. Flowers by @ladybugs.flowers.
