Event description

Description

This one-day seminar is free to join for any professional within the power system and power electronic fields.

Objectives:

  1. Get an overview of OPAL-RT real-time simulation and co-simulation in the energy domain
  2. Discover real application cases and research projects conducted at the German institute OFFIS e.V.
  3. Obtain expert advice from FMTP AB to deal with applications requiring IEC 61850 standard

This seminar is not a training. It aims at providing examples of how real-time simulation can help you developing and testing better protection and control systems.

This is also the perfect place to meet with other researchers in order to develop future collaborations.
