Practical Tools for Raja Yoga Meditation

<h3><strong>Practical Tools for Raja Yoga Meditation </strong></h3><h3><strong>Fill your inner reservoir with several practical experiences of meditation. Each session will offer a unique method for you to add to your meditation practice OR start one. </strong></h3><h3><strong>It is helpful, but not required, if you have already taken the Introduction to Raja Yoga Meditation course </strong></h3><h3>This course will run for 4 consecutive Tuesday evenings:</h3><h3>Jan 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st, 2023</h3><h3> Time: 7:00-8:30 pm</h3><h3>This course is meant to deepen and add variety to your meditation practice. And for you to enjoy the extra power of meditating in a group setting. </h3><h3>Instruction, discussion, experiential exercises and music</h3><h3>This free course will be delivered via the Zoom platform, you will need to download this application in order to participate.</h3><h3><strong>Registration is required.</strong></h3><h3>After you register, we will send you an email to confirm your attendance. </h3><h3>We will then email a zoom link to all those who have confirmed their registration. </h3><h3>For maximum benefit please commit to attend all 4 weeks as one class builds upon the other.
