This program aims to develop a conscious attention for using “VALUES” in personal and professional interactions, and thus, can benefit all professionals (medical, paramedical, IT, finance, business and many others) and every individual, both personally as well as professionally. This program also helps towards team development on organizational level.It&#x27;s a fantastic modular program developed by the Janki Foundation-for Spirituality in Healthcare, London, UK, who have been working on human psychology and value-based training for medical and paramedical professionals.
