In this class you will be guided through some simple asanas to open your chest and a simple, safe and effective breathing sequence to regulate your nervous system, generating more peace &amp; calmness. <a href="https://www.yogacircle.ca/pranayama-l1" title="https://www.yogacircle.ca/pranayama-l1" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Pranayama</a>, a foundational practice of Yoga, is the art of paying attention to our breath; of lengthening, expanding, or directing it, in order to still our minds and reach deeper levels of peace.The way we breathe, has a direct effect in the way we think and feel. And viceversa.
