 In these uncertain and troubling times, there can be nothing more meaningful than
 to pray for peace, so that all living beings may live safely and happily. Join us on
 Sundays and feel empowered to change yourself and, finally, the world.
 These classes include a guided meditation, a short teaching and beautiful chanted
 prayers for world peace. The focus is on solving daily problems and developing
 authentic optimism, altruistic love and compassion - the building blocks for inner
 and outer peace.________The TeacherBuddhist nun Gen Kelsang Suma has been teaching Kadampa Buddhism since the mid-1990s. A mother, grandmother and devoted practitioner, she is known for the warmth and clarity of her teachings and for her love of her students. She has been teaching in Barrie and the surrounding areas for eight years.
