For Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and staff responsible for Prevention programs in First Nations communities, and professionals across the non-profit sector — managing budgets and work plans can feel overwhelming. This workshop breaks complex Prevention budgets into manageable components and connects strategic planning to day-to-day implementation. Participants will leave with practical tools to build realistic annual budgets, align goals with resources, and strengthen accountability

- Analyze and balance budget components to ensure funding supports program priorities
- Build a realistic annual budget that reflects actual program needs
- Align strategic work plans with available resources and timelines
- Develop a clear roadmap linking goals, activities, responsibilities, and evaluation
Note: Participants are required to bring their own laptop to fully participate in the hands-on activities. All other materials will be provided.
