Through learning the tools of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Dose of Pleasure: movement meditation, you will gain an in-depth understanding of how to feel powerful in your body, and unapologetic in taking up space. This training is for you if… —&gt; you are a sensitive and empathic being—&gt; you shy away from expressing your full truth—&gt; you spend a lot of your energy comparing yourself to others—&gt; you question your worth and if you are enough?—&gt; you often place your power in the opinions of other peopleThis training is to give you the tools to take your power back into your own hands. Together we will explore: —&gt; how to clear limiting beliefs that keep you feeling limited and small —&gt; EFT Tapping Self-care practices —&gt; how to gain embodied confidence —&gt; at-home practices to step more into your power —&gt; how to express all parts of yourself more fully!We will provide you with training in how to release stuck energy (emotion) in the body to make space for more expression, creativity, and life force energy to pulse through you.Feeling at home in your body is a gift that allows you to access freedom and power in its fullest expression through all aspects of adversity and pain as well as celebration and pleasure.“If you want to give birth to your true self, you are going to have to dig deep down into that body of yours and let your soul howl.
