Naked Men’s Yoga & Penis Exercises
This is a grounded men's yoga and breathwork practice focussed on strength, nervous system regulation, and embodied confidence.
Men’s yoga and breathwork practice designed to help you feel:
- more confident in your body
- more relaxed in male spaces
- more present and embodied
Small group (max 15 men).
An intentionally intimate, respectful container.
What We’ll Practice
This session includes:
- nude yoga
- breathwork
- mindfulness
We’ll also explore a brief, optional solo practice involving the penis, sometimes referred to as Penis Yoga or Sexual Kung Fu.
In this context, that means:
- breath-led awareness of the penis and genitals
- learning to relax, feel, and regulate sensation
- circulating energy through the body rather than fixating on ejaculation.
This is taught calmly, clinically, and without performance. This is good for dealing with issues like premature ejaculation, gay panice, cock size shame, prostate issues, and impotency.

What This Is Not
