Overview

A 90 minute, 1:1 personalized session designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and embodied clarity.

This session weaves together Reiki, somatic practices, Qi Gong–inspired movement, breathwork, and gentle guided awareness. The exact flow is guided by your body’s needs in the moment, nothing is forced, and nothing is performed.

Energy release can look different for everyone. Some sessions are deeply restful and quiet; others involve subtle movement, sound, breath, or emotional expression. All responses are welcomed and supported.


What I may work with:

- Stored stress, emotional tension, or fatigue

- Nervous system overwhelm or shutdown

- Feeling “stuck,” disconnected, or mentally overactive

- Physical holding patterns (jaw, hips, chest, belly)

- Post-illness, burnout, or transitional periods What to expect:

- A brief check-in to understand your intention and current state

- Gentle hands-on or hands-off Reiki (always consent-based)

- Slow, intuitive movement or stillness

- Breath practices to support regulation and release

- Somatic cues to help the body complete unfinished stress responses

- Integration time at the end to settle and ground
