Description

As part of Science Literacy Week, MindFuel is hosting a professional learning workshop that will highlight the key elements that make Project Based Learning (PBL) a successful pedagogical approach in 21st century STEM education.

This workshop will demonstrate the use of project based learning to teach about the impact of climate change on ecosystems, with a focus on oceans.

By attending this workshop, you will:

- Understand the essence of PBL and what makes it successful

- Participate in a PBL activity from a student perspective

- Have the opportunity to plan, network and collaborate with other educators

- Receive valuable teacher resources and takeaways

This professional learning workshop is open to Grade 5-10 Educators
