Project YOU

Love yourself first. The root of love in all other relationships is YOU. Most of us know this but don't put it into practice, which stops us from reaching our full potential in all areas of our lives. Come make a declaration to Self-Love/Love-for-All with the help from Wendy @Big LOVE Ball. She will be bringing pinky rings and a contract for all of us to commit to loving ourselves and others. Project LOVE is a wholehearted, interactive workshop that confronts the areas of your life that are lacking appreciation or are no longer serving you. Together, we will uncover the deepest blockages that stop you from acknowledging your value and worth. Our empowering panel will share how to confront these areas and what steps to take in order to regain your power. The goal is to improve the way we interact with ourselves, which in turn sets the tone for our relationship with others.
