A natural-born Medium, she has always felt drawn to the Unseen—curious about the spirit world and the healing power of subtle energies. Her path into yoga and the healing arts began in 2004 and has led her to study a range of sacred traditions and practices.In 2014, Sophia opened Rasa Flow Yoga with the intention of creating a safe place for people from all walks of life to enjoy and benefit from various healing modalities.Sophia is a certified Yoga Instructor and Sound Healer. She has trained in Evidential Mediumship with Danielle, The Happy Medium, and explored psychic development with various gifted teachers.
