Are tickets available at the door?

Accepted Answer

No, as this is a catered event, no tickets are available once sales are closed or lunch seats are sold out. Prior events have sold out, register early to avoid disappointment. Only registered attendees will be granted access to sessions and readings.

Question 2

Can I bring my child?

Accepted Answer

Anyone can purchase a ticket. No special rate for children. However, this is intended to be a high tea style affair with presentation during the lunch hour, not a great deal for youngsters to enjoy.

Question 3

I have food allergies. What allowances are provided in such cases?

Accepted Answer

Special diets, food allergies and preferences can be provided for however this information must be provided 10 days prior to the event so allowances can be made to the catering list.

Question 4

I am no longer able to attend. What can I do?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are available up to 5 days prior to the event and based on the organizer addressing each case individually. NO refunds are available once catering numbers have been set.

Question 5

Are attendees required to remain at the event all day?

Accepted Answer

Attendees must arrive by 11:30 to be on site before the lunch is served and presentations begin as to not disturb the table host and other guests by late arrival. Once lunch has been cleared, feel free to mingle and enjoy the various services and good company available until 4:30 or leave before.
