Hi, my friend! My name is Epiphanie and I’m the proud owner of hobbyhub, your gateway into finding a new favourite crafty obsession. I started hobbyhub in early 2025 to both build community in Toronto and help people explore new crafty hobbies.It can be daunting to try out a new hobby because it’s something you’ve never done. hobbyhub aims to alleviate the barriers of exploring something new while helping to find new ways of expression that you may never have considered. We’re a judgement-free zone where you can come learn a new skill with no expectations.One thing’s for sure: You won’t leave an expert. But you’ll leave knowing if it’s a hobby you want to explore further. And if it’s not, no stress! Maybe the next hobby we explore together will be the one that hits the spot.

Start the new year with a cozy, hands-on craft! In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn the art of punch needling - a relaxing, rhythmic technique used to create textured designs, wall hangings, coasters, and more. You’ll be guided step-by-step so you can unwind, get creative, and make something you’re proud to take home.Whether you’re looking to try a new hobby, meet new people, or enjoy a little “me-time”, this workshop is the perfect winter reset. Registration includes all materials and guidance (as well as a complimentary drink to sip while you create!) so you end up with your own unique art piece that’s wholly created by you.Location: Black Lab Brewery (818 Eastern Ave, Toronto); street parking available Date &amp; Time: Friday, Jan. 16th from 7pm-9pm Food &amp; Drink: Registration includes a complimentary pint. Black Lab does not serve food as they are completely dog-friendly, but you are welcome to bring your own snacks.Make sure to book your place early as workshop slots are limited and will fill up quickly!All materials included. Just show up &amp; create.
