This event is an incredible opportunity to help rescue pups while also focusing on some exceptional Personal Wellness for you and your dog to enjoy together. Don't have a Dream Dog? Don't worry, there are always doggos around looking for snuggles. Thinking about adding a Dream Dog to your family? Check out ruffstartanimalrescue.com for ways to donate, volunteer, foster or adoptable Dream Dogs looking for furever homes!We are thrilled to have Steve and his fellow guides leading us in this special journey.Steve, the founder of Silent Mind Meditation holds a soothing environment for deep, introspective healing. With over 7 years experience using guided meditation and a variety of sounds and instrumentals, his goal is to bring you deep within yourself to discover your alignment and inner truth. Steve allows you to let go and settle into the relaxation of ways of authentic being, allowing you to become more present to yourself, others and your everyday life.Please bring a yoga mat, cozy clothes, blankets and anything else you and your dog (if you bring one) will need to be warm and comfortable.There is Free Street Parking and PAID parking in the INDIGO Parking Lot. Our entrance is on the West side of the building through the Indigo Parking lot.
