THE PELEE BUZZ is a program of the Pelee Island Centre for Butterflies and Nature, an island not-for-profit with the goal of promoting the amazing natural biodiversity and features of Pelee Island, situated in the heart of the Carolinian Zone of Canada.Join us on the island! Pelee Island offers a diverse selection of activities and events. There is something for everyone. Whether you are participating in nature excursions or following our self-guided walk and cycling trip guides, you will certainly make the most of your time here.

Pelee Island is a hot spot of Carolinian biodiversity, come and experience it with numerous walks and tours all through the seasons.

<p>Pelee Island, between it's southern location and a lake-moderated climate, is home to a great diversity of Carolinian flora (and fauna).  It also is able to accommodate a great diversity of cultivated plants, both ornamental and culinary.  Come see and experience this diversity; expand what you think possible in your island garden!</p>
