An 8-week online learning circle reviewing the Python Essentials 1course from Cisco Networking Academy

Registration required. The registration process is a two-step procedure. First, participants must complete their registration through Eventbrite. After this step, library staff will follow up to request additional information in order to complete the registration.Participants must have a valid Toronto Public Library card to register.Learn Python and build your programming skills in a supportive online group. This learning circle will meet on Thursday mornings, 10:30 – 12pm from February 5 to March 26. Learning circles are study groups guided by staff for people who want to take a free online course together in a welcoming space. Learners meet weekly and work together through the course materials. Participants are expected to commit to the duration of the course and attend all learning circle sessions.Python Essentials 1 is the first in a 2-course series that teaches computer programming skills including how to design, develop, and improve computer programs using the Python programming language.
