Quantum Vision Board Workshop

WHAT TO EXPECT

We are combining heart-centered breathwork, a future-self quantum jump with goal mapping, and vision board creation.

01. Heart-Centered Breath We begin with a simple, powerful breathwork practice designed to get you out of your mind and connect you to your heart. Through conscious breathing and allowing the body to relax, the body comes into a loving present place ready to create!

02. The Quantum Jump & Future Self Mapping Together, we will quantum jump into your future reality to see what your future self has already done and what has happened for her. You will then map out your key goals for the end of this year and define practical steps on how you will accomplish them.

03. Vision Board CreationDigital & Physical Boards; if in person glue, and thick markers will be provided for you—please bring a few printed pictures, magazines, or specific images you want to add to your board.
