All of the Vancouver Pride Society staff will have Naloxone training prior to the event.SecurityThe security company, Genesis will be onsite for the entire duration of the event. If you are experiencing security issues, please contact a VPS staff member onsite.Public TransportThe event will not obstruct Translink bus stops. Here are some routes to the Bubly Davie St Lounge:Public transport: The closest bus is the #6 route (stopping Davie St at Bute)18 minute walk from the Burrard Street skytrain stationThe fastest route from the Burrard street skytrain station is taking the 002 Bus to Burrard and Davie, and walking 6 minutes down Davie Street, or then catching the 006 bus from Davie/ Thurlow.Parking &amp; Street ClosuresThere is limited street parking along Davie Street ranging from $6.00 to $30. See parkopedia for parking options.Bute Street will be closed to traffic from Davie St to See-Em-Ia laneway from July 25th to August 9th. Sidewalks will remain open and will not be blocked bu event infrastructure. Underground paid parking is available at 1237 Davie St but it does not offer accessible parking stalls or elevator accessShade and ShelterThe area will have umbrellas at most tables offering shade. Other seating will be shaded by trees.Low Sensory ZoneThere will be designated tables available which are distanced from the bar and speakers. Earplugs are available by request at the check-in table.Sensory AidsFidget toys are available at the check-in table - can ask for one Service AnimalsService animals are welcome at the eventWashroom Gender neutral portable washroom facilities will be available. The unit door width is 31.7" (830mm) and the seat height is 19" (521mm)Scent ReductionScent Reduction Policy in effect. Avoid wearing perfume and strong scents as much if can. MasksMasks are not required but encouraged. Available at check-in table for those who want them.Tables &amp; SeatingVarious seating options are available. All events have disability priority seating.Payment OptionsBar will accept cash, debit and credit via square.MobilityThere will have flat paved surface and there will be an aisle that is 4 feet wide running down the event. WayfindingWayfinding signage will be displayed throughout the site. Braille menus available at the bar.
