February is here, we're back with another Pilates class, led by Jaybird for the girls, gays and theys.
Queer Pilates is Back! This space is for us to learn the movements, ground ourselves, release tension and build stronger bodies. Pilates is for everyone, no matter what you look like or identity!
This new series will be happening the second Sunday of each month in partnership with Jaybird Studios! In order to atttend class you will need to create a Jaybird profile to get you signed in!
This is a HOT PILATES CLASS, the room will be dark, but it will be warm. Please make sure to pack a water bottle, because it will get warm! All participants must sign up for a Jaybird account to be signed into the class.
