Unit 280 is on the second floor, on the side of the building that is closest to Louisa Street and away from Bell Street.

Where are the bathrooms and what are they like

There are two gendered bathrooms with showers on the 2nd floor. Due to the requirements of other day tenants we are not able to update the bathroom signs. Please use the one that best suits you! The bathroom code is 2010*

There is free street parking around the studio on Arthur x Gladstone
Paid street parking in Chinatown South

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are only possible in cases of emergency, sickness or extreme case by case basis.

How do I access the building?

Accepted Answer

18 Louisa Street unit 280 is on the 2nd floor of the building with elevator access. 
The buzzer to get into the building if the doors are locked is 2800.
