Join us for our month Brewmasters Dinner featuring Rainhard Brewing Co.
We're excited to invite you to another edition of our monthly Brewmaster's Dinner Series. We've partnered with the team at Rainhard Brewing, located in the Junction, to bring you a 4 course dinner and beer pairing dinner (plus a welcome beer).
Tickets- $60 each including taxes and gratuities.

Welcome Beer
Chill Pils Dry Hopped Pilsner- Czech style pilsner, all Pilsner malt, hopped with Saphir & Opal, clean, crisp backbone, light floral finish.
First Course
Charcoal Roasted Smelt- apricot vinaigrette, shallots, fingerling
V- Charcoal Roasted Summer Zuchinni & Heirloom Carrots- apricot vinaigrette, shallots, fingerling
paired with
Armed and Citra Dry Hopped Pale Ale- Balanced, clean & crisp with flavours of melon, grapefruit and soft pine. Distinctive citrus flavours enhanced by Australian Galaxy hops lend a soft melon fruitiness
Second Course
Lamb Neck Taco- pickled Radishes, cotija
V- Hominy Succotash Taco- pickled radishes, cotija
paired with
Daywalker Vermont Session IPA- Simple malt bill consisting of pale malt, oats and wheat. Notes of passionfruit and lemongrass, with a hazy straw color and thick white head. Subtle flavours of citrus, herb and grain that don’t linger on the
Third Course
Porchetta- roasted chilis, meyer lemon, grilled chard
V- Grilled Sweet Potato & Portobello Mushroom- roasted chilis, meyer lemon, grilled chard
paired with
Revolution Series 8 Dry Hopped Double IPA- Brewed with a generous amount of Lactose & dry hopped with Citra & Simcoe, full of flavour, smooth & approachable with moderate sweetness on the finish. 
Fourth Course
Sour Chocolate Cake- blackberry syrup
paired with
Rage and Love Sour Ale- Dry hopped with Vic Secret & Mosaic hops, fermented with lactobacillus Finished with house yeast strain, clean with a great tartness and acidity.
