Entrepreneur Wellness Series

Kick off the New Year by focusing on business and personal wellness so you can show up as a re-centered and slightly less stressed small business owner! These sessions will run on Mondays at 10am weekly from Jan 15-Mar 11 and will cover a range of topics.

Kick off the New Year by putting some spark back into your business. This 2-hour interactive workshop will help you get back to your entrepreneurial "why." In this day of one challenge after another, it is important to have H-O-P-E-S on high so that we can meet the challenges that come our way. H-O-P-E-S stands for Have Our Positive Entrepreneurial Spirit on High!This session will remind you that you need to tap into your grit and resiliency, practice optimum self-love for what is, take on new ideas and approaches to your business and do what really lights you on fire!In the words of Dr. Paddy Lund, the "Crazy Australian Dentist" who transformed how he ran his practice, “If your business can make you money, why can’t it bring you happiness?" Participants will look at how to turn focus towards new possibilities, to tap into your grit and resiliency reservoir, have a self-care plan and learn to create positive action towards shifting how you do business. We will also look into the power of having an accountability buddy or mastermind to assist you in moving forward.This session is facilitated by David Cohen, business coach and founder of <a href="https://yourbigventure.com/" title="https://yourbigventure.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Your Big Venture</a>.
