"Reading Migration / Reading Diaspora" Launch

Light Factory Publications (LFP) is excited to partner with Vancouver Black Library (VBL) to launch &quot;Reading Migration / Reading Diaspora&quot; an interactive website promoting contemporary Ghanaian writing by Catherine Pearce and Rose Rouhani. Reading Migration / Reading Diaspora features the poetry of Sally Afia Antwi Nuamah (“SAAN”), A.B. Godfreed (Epifania Amoo-Adare), Jay Kophy, Gabriel Awuah Mainoo, and Fauziyatu Moro.Join the writers, artists, interaction designers, and researchers in an online presentation of the interactive work and to hear the writers, A.B. Godfreed (Epifania Amoo-Adare) and Gabriel Awuah Mainoo, both of Accra, Ghana. Moderator - Lois Klassen.This is a hybrid on-line and in-person event. Those in attendance will receive a complimentary copy of the three-chapbook set, Ghanaian Writing on Migration (2021) with poetry by A.B. Godfreed (Epifania Amoo-Adare) and Gabriel Awuah Mainoo, as well as Sally Afia Antwi Nuamah (“SAAN”), and Jay Kophy.
