WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE
Day 1: Awareness
"What doesn't feel good — and why?"
We start here because this is where real change begins.
You'll get honest about where you're out of alignment, how your nervous system is showing up in your leadership, and the hidden patterns driving your stress, avoidance, and exhaustion. Then we show you exactly why, through the lens of nervous system dynamics, fight/flight/freeze in business, and the patterns that keep repeating even when you know better.
From there, we shift.
You'll learn the Joy Method your personal regulation and recalibration tool, and how to change your state in real time, without overriding your body to do it.
Day 2: Calibration
"Now that you see clearly, let's build your map."
Day 2 is where insight becomes infrastructure.
You'll build a personal regulation and leadership map so that when you're overwhelmed, triggered, avoiding, or pushing past your limits, you know exactly what's happening, what you need, and how to shift.
You walk away with:
- A daily practice designed for real life (not a 2-hour morning routine)
- Micro-regulation tools for high-pressure moments
- A personalized reset map for your nervous system
- Clarity on how your values and actions can actually align
