Shannon is a multipassionate woman, with a heart of gold, and goofy sense of humor. She believes that every single human being is innately worth, innately valuable, and it's up to each of us to reconnect with that truth inside of ourselves.Shannon uses a range of modalities in her work including: human design, guided meditation, hypnosis, inner child healing, mirror therapy, essential oils, & more! She has been on her own journey of self-love for the past 3 years. Witnessing the transformation within herself that has come from learning how to have compassion and tenderness for her whole self has inspired her to guide other women through their own self-love, healing journeys.
