[RE]set is a series hosted by Eva Redpath and CONVEY, encompassing movement, meditation, and conversation. 
Through the power of movement and the stillness of meditation, you will [RE]set your body and mind. This month’s session [RE]imagine is all about carving out time for play and childlike behaviours. We take life too seriously and it's amazing what connecting with our imagination and playing can do to [RE]set in all areas of life.
