Join BLK Women in Excellence for the Pan-Atlantic Project Workshop Series featuring Tylene Smith for a transformational session focused on helping Black women entrepreneurs move past the internal barriers that can impact business growth and personal success.

Using her 3R’s Method: Remove, Replace, Restore, Tylene will guide participants through identifying patterns of self-sabotage, shifting limiting beliefs, and creating the mindset needed to move from ideas into consistent action.

This workshop explores how confidence, clarity, and personal growth directly influence entrepreneurship and leadership.

Participants will learn how to:

✨ Restore confidence, clarity, and direction
✨ Build consistency and momentum in business
