What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

If you require a refund, please send us an email. Prior to the event, we can refund registration costs minus the eventbrite processing fees. No refunds will be offered after May 3, 2023.

Where is the location for the in-person option for this event?

Accepted Answer

The in-person location is in Vernon, BC. When you register with an in-person ticket, we will send you the details for the location and parking.

Question 3

How do I participate in the online option for this event?

Accepted Answer

We will be livestreaming this event through Zoom each week. If you are joining us from outside of Vernon, BC, you will be sent the Zoom link in your registration email. You will meet with your triad in a breakout room on Zoom each week to process through the topic and application points.

Question 4

When will I have my Personal Renewal Session?

Accepted Answer

Information about how to schedule the personal renewal session included in your course registration fee will be discussed at the first session on May 3, 2023. These individual sessions will take place on Zoom.

Question 5

What if I can’t make it on Wednesdays or during May/June? Will the bootcamp be offered again?

Accepted Answer

If you are unable to commit to meeting on Wednesdays for this spring, we would suggest joining the intake list for the group that will be starting in the fall. Please check out our website for more information on upcoming events.
