Support hormone health through stabilizing movement, nervous system calming & simple, nourishing intentional nutrition.
This workshop includes a class, nutrition session, a hormone & vitality mini treat bar and resources to take home.
10-11am: Stability for Hormone Health Session
Stability is a nervous system necessity and your hormones live downstream of your nervous system.
When the body feels unstable, it shifts into protection mode. Muscles grip. Breath shortens. Stress chemistry rises. Over time, that low-level vigilance can quietly push hormones out of balance.
When the body feels supported by joints that are organized, muscles and fascia that work together and the breath is steady, the nervous system downshifts. That’s when hormones can do what they’re designed to do: regulate energy, support recovery, and stabilize mood.
Stability tells your system, “You’re safe.”
And safety is what allows hormonal regulation to happen.
In this class, we’ll explore that balance. Hormone health isn’t built through intensity, it’s built through the right blend of movement and stillness.
You’ll experience movement that provides essential signals to the body:
-load that supports bone and muscle health
-rhythm that nourishes the vagus nerve
-coordination that sharpens the brain–body map
-muscular activation that reduces chronic stress
Paired with stillness that allows integration:
-breath that settles your chemistry
-rest that restores tissue
-nervous system downshifting that tells cortisol it can stand down
By combining stability-building movement with restorative stillness, you give your hormones the steady environment they need to regulate, adapt, and support you through every stage of life.
We’ll also cover common movement habits that may not be supporting hormone health.
Please bring: a yoga mat, full-body blanket, cozy socks, block, bolster, strap, eye cover, and a therapy or tennis ball. Extra props will be available if needed.
