Resilience WorkshopTuesday, May 2, 2023, 5:30pm - 7:30pmLearn how to cope with Acute, Chronic and Episodic Stress.Carion Fenn Foundation in partnership with The Clarington Public Library, The Municipality of Clarington, Canadian Mental Health Association Durham and Ajax Legion is hosting its 3rd Annual Resilience Workshop at CLARINGTON PUBLIC LIBRARY, COURTICE BRANCH, 2950 Courtice Road, Courtice, ON L1E-2H8 Canada or Online focusing on “Stress&quot;. No Cost. Limited Capacity. Join our Resilience WorkshopOur WORKSHOP focuses on the 3 main types of stress in life through Expert Speakers, Q &amp; A, and a Healing Activity. “Acute Stress”: reaction to new and challenging situation; “Episodic Acute Stress”: frequent episodes of Acute Stress such as being anxious or worried about things you suspect; and “Chronic Stress”: high stress levels for a period. Attendees will learn about the three main stressors in life through expert Speakers, Q &amp; A, and a Healing Activity to help recognize, build, or strengthen one’s resilience. Learn about personal and workplace stress and techniques to manage it effectively.Please join us and share this program information so that others may receive needed support or information.
