Global Connections - Rethinking Collaboration: From Programs to Ecosystems
Join us in person to explore how teaming up can go beyond programs and spark whole ecosystems!
Join Us for Rethinking Collaboration: From Programs to Ecosystems!
We say we value collaboration, yet we still compete for funding, duplicate services, and operate in silos. What if the real issue isn’t capacity, but coordination? RaiseHER Co. approaches partnership differently. We treat the community as infrastructure, not an audience. Through trust-based, justice-centred co-design, we strengthen ecosystems rather than scale in isolation. In this session, you’ll rethink what community actually means, identify where scarcity and turf protection may be limiting impact, and leave with a simple lens for building partnerships that strengthen systems, not just programs. If we want sector-wide change, we need coordinated power, not polite collaboration.
About RaiseHer:
RaiseHER Community is a for-impact, intergenerational movement that brokers connections, mentorship, and leadership-building opportunities for women and girls to lead boldly—at every age and stage.
Founded by two mother-daughter duos based in Regina, Skylar Gerard and Gwen Keith, and Talitha McCloskey and Marlene Smadu, they are a grassroots force committed to raising women into leadership by creating spaces for real talk, skill-building, and community-powered change. Through leadership events, programming, education, and partnerships, RaiseHER Co. champions inclusive leadership, breaks down barriers, and builds up the next generation—because when we raise up women, we raise up the world.
Get ready for an exciting in-person event where we dive into how to shift your mindset from just running programs to building thriving ecosystems. It's all about fresh ideas, making real connections, and exploring new ways to collaborate better. Don't miss out on hands-on discussions, networking, and plenty of inspiration to help you rethink the way you work together.
See you there!
