Winter Solstice Cacao Ceremony
The Winter Solstice invites us to pause, turn inward and make space for what matters. Join us for a gentle, intimate gathering where we'll share ceremonial cacao, settle into a guided meditation and take part in a simple candle-lighting ritual inspired by the returning light. Together, we'll reflect on what we're ready to release, what we'd like to welcome into our lives, and what we want to nurture as we move into a new season. This is an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and give yourself a little room to breathe, reconnect and simply be. No previous experience with cacao ceremonies or meditation is needed. Come as you are, with no expectations and no pressure to share.
