This event is for EVERYONE! Whether you are an absolute beginner to running interested in starting your running journey, a novice runner looking to improve technique and performance or a fitness enthusiast aiming to incorporate running into your routine safely - this is for you!

Yes - there are free parking spots in the front of the clinic along with additional parking spots in the back.

Please wear comfortable clothing that you'll feel free to move in. Athletic wear recommended.
