Workshop for AO Members. Ideal for startups moving from founder-led, high-touch revenue toward a more repeatable, measurable growth engine.

In the early days of a startup, doing things that aren’t scalable might be the right strategy: stay close to customers, sell manually, and learn fast. But as revenue becomes more repeatable and volume increases, growth starts to break in predictable ways.

RevOps aligns sales, marketing, and customer success around one shared goal: driving repeatable, scalable revenue. Instead of operating in silos, RevOps connects people, processes, data, and tools so that the entire customer journey functions as a single system. This workshop is for startups ready to move from “founder-led, high-touch revenue” toward a more repeatable, measurable growth engine, without losing customer care.


Who Should Participate:


Companies Who:

  • Have started selling and intend to grow revenue in 6-12 months
  • Have defined their Ideal Customer Persona and Pricing Hypothesis
  • Are past “pure product building” and are actively doing Go-To-Market activities every week (outreach, demos, proposals, onboarding)


Companies Experiencing these Pain Points:

  • “We don’t have a clear funnel. Everything is in inboxes.”
  • “We can’t tell if marketing or sales is working.”
  • “Follow-up is inconsistent; deals go cold.”
  • “Every customer/onboarding is custom; we’re reinventing each time.”
  • “Our founder is the CRM.”
  • “We don’t know what to track, so we track nothing.”


What we’ll cover:

  • A Revenue System Map (Top of Funnel → Sales → Customer Success)
  • A Minimum Viable Data Model (what to track to improve decisions without over-instrumenting)
  • Simple funnel math to identify high-impact growth levers


Pre-work Is Required to Participate:

This workshop will include dedicated hands-on working time, along with opportunities for active discussion about your company. To get the most value from the session, we recommend arriving prepared with the following:

  • Your current funnel stages (even if informal)
  • A rough monthly snapshot (leads → opportunities → closed-won; churn/retention notes)
  • Your current tools (CRM/spreadsheet, email, support, onboarding, etc.)
