Thoroughbred Food and Drink is a celebration of Canadian Cuisine through the eyes of Chef Ariel Coplan and James Kohls.​As a contemporary Canadian restaurant, we celebrate the diversity of our country, and honour the flavours of our youth. It's about reconnecting with old friends and meeting new ones.

This new year's eve, don't get stuck waiting in lines, don't lose your friends in huge clubs, and definitely don't overpay for your tickets. Thoroughbred's got you covered. Come hang out at our house for Rewind, the NYE party you've been waiting for.
To set the mood, Thoroughbred is teaming up with DJs General Eclectic (Footprints) and Gil Masuda (The Precious Lo’s/Circle Research). These two powerhouses will be spinning nothing but disco, boogie, and funk to get you on your feet as we salute the end of 2017. Come dance with us and soak up some house party vibes.
