Riit is a songwriter, throat singer and accordion player whose sound expands into the realms of indie/electro/synth pop. Since the release of her debut EP last summer, Riit has been nominated for Best Radio Single (Indigenous Music Awards) and a WCMA. To add to young artist’s list of achievements, Riit is also the host of Anaana’s Tent, which offers Sesame Street-style educational programming in Inuktitut. She is a strong, positive role model for Nunavummiut and will be kicking off Alianait’s annual Embrace Life Tour. 
Joey Nowyuk of Pangnirtung, has his own unique style of singing. With Inuktitut lyrics and his acoustic guitar he brings us alternative-pop tunes. He was recently a featured artist for Nunavut Music Week, and multiple time winner of the Qilaut Song Writing Contest.
