No prior experience is needed! All protocols are evidence-backed making sure this space is trauma-informed and safe for all participants. If you've never done any somatic work or mindfulness practices, this will be a great starting point.

Bring a journal or notebook and a pen for the writing portion. You may also want to have a water bottle, a comfortable seat or cushion, and an open mind ready to explore.
