SPEAKER:   Chris Govern, Volunteer Consultant, MASAbout the Presenter:Chris is a retired Vice President of a major financial institution.  She has spent the last 20 years working as a volunteer consultant in the non profit sector with a broad range of organizations, primarily focused on strategic planning, governance, facilitation and general management issues. LEARNING EXCHANGE SESSION: Participants are invited to join a follow-up discussion after the webinar:Date:  November 30, 2020  Time: 1:00 p.m. (EST) Registration link will be provided during the session. Maximizing Governance aims to strengthen the capacity of community groups and agencies to govern themselves effectively and provide responsive services that are tailored to the communities they support.
